On 19th July 2024, Dana Asia celebrated the soft launch of the new Waste to Resource Hub in Victoria, Laguna, Philippines in partnership with GA-Nexuz. The Resource Hub will turn plastic waste into building materials, breathing life into the circular economy, advocating for proper household waste management and mobilising plastic waste collection to tackle the plastic crisis.
Attended by Dana Asia and GA-Nexuz representatives and distinguished guests and partners, including Vice Governor of Laguna, Atty. Karen Agapay, the Mayor of Victoria Dwight C. Kampitan, and the Department of Environment, the launch saw the coming together of NGO, government, private sector, and community all sharing their messages of support for this exciting new venture.
